Text attributes preferences

Text attributes include font, style, alignment, and other formatting features.

Attributes Table

Each row contains:

• Attribute Name: name of the attribute

• Speak: whether Orca speaks it (Orca Modifier + F)

• Mark in Braille: whether to underline the attribute in braille

• Present Unless: condition to suppress the attribute

Example: To always announce underlined text, clear the Present Unless field and check “Speak.

Undoing Changes

Use the Reset button (Alt+R) to restore table values to initial state.

Rearranging Attribute Order

• Move to Top (Alt+T)

• Move Up (Alt+U)

• Move Down (Alt+D)

• Move to Bottom (Alt+B)

Braille Underlining Options

Select how to indicate formatting via dots:

• None (default)

• Dot 7

• Dot 8

• Dots 7 and 8
